ADO Goes Live with New Internet Presence

Berlin, 19 March 2018 – ADO just went live with its re-designed internet websites. The company website, which is aimed primarily at incumbent tenants, prospective tenants and job seekers, is now online at Business partners, investors and analysts moreover have the use of a new dedicated investor relations website that is accessible under – Focus on Tenants
In conjunction with the website relaunch, the internet presence was treated to a modern, fresher design. At the same time, a new content management system based on Typo 3 was introduced, and the page structure optimised to achieve a maximum in clarity and user friendliness. Faster load speeds and forward-looking features facilitate the user experience.

Tenant leads may now use a comprehensive search module to find vacant flats and business units, access available property listings and sell sheets complete with direct Google Maps link, take advantage of a convenient download option, and apply for their property of choice directly on line by submitting all necessary documents. Applications may be sent from any computer via drag & drop and even from your smartphone, courtesy of the responsive website design and the smartphone’s camera function. Moreover, there is an improved Immoscout interface as well as a search agent for new, tailored rental listings.

In addition to information about the company, its workforce and the various business divisions, the new internet presence of ADO offers potential young professionals current openings and the option to directly submit an online application through a customised HR user interface.

The information spectrum is rounded off with a newly created press areas where journalists and interested parties may retrieve background information on the company and download material in addition to the latest press releases. Dedicated Homepage for Investors
The new investor relations website was also given a new menu structure and forward-looking features. Investors and analysts can now use the Quick Analyzer to retrieve important financial indicators and portfolio data, have these displayed as chart, or export them as Excel spreadsheet. The figures are updated quarterly each time a quarterly report is published.
