In the time of the coronavirus, we are all being called upon to take extraordinary measures. In particular, we should all play our part in breaking infection chains and thus preventing the spread of the virus.
For that reason, we have decided to adapt our services to the current situation and to restrict them until further notice. Indeed, we want to continue to provide you all with essential services. But we also want to comply with the recommendations of the federal government for dealing with the coronavirus. And first and foremost, that means limiting social contact to a vital, absolutely essential level.
Our rental agents are naturally still available for you e.g. for viewing apartments.
Our tenant offices, which depend on personal contact, will initially be closed for an indefinite period – in order to protect our employees, for whom we also bear a corporate responsibility, and to protect you too. You can still call us by phone via the 24-hour service hotline +49 30 403 907 900.

At the same time, we will be able to maintain a suitable service level all the better if you also limit your queries to those that are truly essential in this time of global emergency. We would like to thank you in advance for that.
Of course, our colleagues will appear in person on site where there is no other way – to carry out repairs that cannot be postponed, or for apartment inspections and handovers, for example. So we are still there for you – we are merely reducing our presence to a level that seems appropriate for the situation.
The same applies to caretaker and staircase cleaning services: Everything that is truly necessary will continue to be done. But we should postpone anything that can be postponed without causing a significant loss in terms of quality of life and wellbeing.
We kindly ask for your understanding of these restrictions. It is neither our desire nor our intention to withhold our services from you. You have a right to them and we would like to meet your needs. However, in the current situation, extraordinary measures are appropriate and, unfortunately, inevitable.
At the same time, we very much hope that, with these restrictions, we are contributing to ending the state of emergency as swiftly as possible and enabling a return to a normality in which we can be there for you in the usual way.
